Science East

Last week our school was fortunate enough to have Science East visit. Science East believes in providing hands-on science learning and educational opportunities through interactive science exhibits in order to demonstrate basic science concepts, prompt curiosity and foster interest and understanding of science among people of all ages. The kids had a great time exploring the exhibits. If you are interested in learning more about Science East here is a link to their site: http://www.scienceeast.nb.ca/home.asp

These little monkeys were trying to get me to sit on a chair of nails. I thought it wasn't too comfortable but they were convinced they were the best chairs ever.

These little dudes were busy building.

Exploring the optical illusion machine.

This activity involved using only your reflection and magnets to trace a picture-it kind of reminded me of the game operation.

Attempting to solve a pretty tough puzzle.

One of the kiddos using the noise machine. It was made of pvc pipe and flip flops.
