Literacy Week-Parent/Grandparent Visit

What a fabulous way to kick off literacy week! We had four lovely parent/grandparent volunteers come in and read to our kiddos. Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Pierce, Mrs. Quinn and Mrs. Morgan kindly volunteered their time and shared a favourite children's book with the class. I must say I was very impressed with the book selection! I've already added No Clean Clothes, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, The Crayon Box that Quit and Sailor: The Hangashore Newfoundland Dog to my amazon wish list!
